About Matthias Augustin
As a HRV Professional and Mastar of Cognitive NeuroScience, Matthias Augustinn consults inviduals as well as executives, teams and companies. He presents the most important findings from his Master thesis concerning sleep and regeneration:

Matthias found the HRV 2008 due to his own bad sleep. Today he collaborates closely with IAP Basel, holds seminars for companies and conducts HRV coachings for executives as well as being responsible for corporate health management.
